Greater Porto has an excellent presence at MIPIM

Between March 14th and 17th, Cannes hosted MIPIM, the largest international exhibition dedicated to the real estate sector.

In this year’s edition, more than 8,700 international companies and 22,500 professionals from 100 countries were present, including investors, developers, real estate agents, architects, cities and regions, among others.

Porto, Gaia and Matosinhos created a joint project with the aim of attracting international investment to the region: Greater Porto. The three cities came together at MIPIM with a stand measuring almost 200 square meters, a space that was a meeting point for entrepreneurs, companies and investors interested in participating in this ambitious project.

The joint project between Porto, Gaia and Matosinhos has demonstrated that collaboration between cities is an effective tool for attracting investment and developing entire regions. To date, Greater Porto has raised more than 100 million in investment.

MIPIM offers the opportunity to establish contacts, develop new business relationships and discover investment opportunities in real estate projects around the world, which makes it a key point on the agenda of any professional in the sector.
