Certification renewal for Startup VISA

INOVAGAIA has just renewed, for 2024, its certification as a Certified Incubator under the Program StartUP Visa.

The StartUP Visa is a program to welcome foreign entrepreneurs who wish to develop an entrepreneurship and/or innovation project in Portugal, with a view to granting a residence visa or residence permit for immigrant entrepreneurs, which is governed by its own regulations( Normative Order No. 4/2018, of February 2nd).

The certification of incubators aims to ensure that these entities are able to welcome citizens from third countries, as defined in Ordinance No. 344/2017, of November 13th, amended by Ordinance No. 275/2018, of October 4th. , with IAPMEI being responsible for the analysis, selection and certification of applications, as well as monitoring the execution of the program.
